1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NaijaPrep AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is an AI-powered study tool for the Nigerian curriculum (WAEC, NECO, JAMB, BECE), aligned with NERDC standards.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Platform to generate lesson notes, practice quizzes, and exam preparation materials. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Units and Payments

The Platform uses a unit-based system. You purchase units and spend them to generate lessons (10 units per lesson) and exam prep (20 units per exam). Units do not expire. Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to overload or abuse our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

5. Content and Accuracy

AI-generated content is for study support only. We strive for accuracy aligned with the NERDC curriculum but do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Always use materials in conjunction with your teacher and official curriculum.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
