Mfon Francis

Mfon Francis is a Nigerian technology educator, software developer, and entrepreneur passionate about using technology to transform education across Africa.

With a background in Computer Science and over two decades of experience in education and digital technology, Mfon has dedicated his career to helping learners and educators embrace the opportunities created by modern technology. His journey began in the classroom, where he witnessed first-hand the challenges pupils and teachers face in accessing quality learning resources, preparing effectively for examinations, and adopting digital tools.

These experiences inspired him to found NaijaPrepAI—an AI-powered learning platform designed to make high-quality, personalised education accessible to every learner. The platform combines artificial intelligence with the Nigerian curriculum to help pupils and students study smarter, practise confidently, and perform better in examinations.

Beyond NaijaPrepAI, Mfon has led the development of several digital solutions for schools and businesses, including school management systems, result portals, e-commerce platforms, and custom web applications. His expertise spans software engineering, educational technology, artificial intelligence, and user-centred product design.

As a Digital Technologies teacher, he remains actively involved in the classroom, ensuring that the products he builds solve real educational challenges rather than imagined ones. This unique combination of teaching experience and technical expertise enables him to create solutions that are practical, innovative, and impactful.

Mfon believes that every child deserves access to quality education regardless of location or background. Through NaijaPrepAI, his mission is to empower millions of African learners with intelligent learning tools that improve understanding, boost confidence, and unlock their full potential.

When he is not building technology products, Mfon enjoys mentoring young people, exploring emerging technologies, and advocating for digital literacy and AI education in schools.
